Lawyer / Associate, Construction — Sydney

Join a national full-service law firm’s growing Construction team in Sydney. The team handles construction dispute resolution, security of payment matters, and contract drafting and review across infrastructure, civil and residential projects.

You will work on a mix of litigated and advisory matters, with exposure to government and private-sector clients. The practice promotes flexible working and offers accessible senior mentorship and cross-practice support from colleagues in other offices.

• 1–4 years post-qualification experience in construction law or a related practice.
• Experience or strong interest in construction disputes and security of payment claims; exposure to contract drafting and review.
• Comfort with litigated matters; experience on large procurement or government-related construction projects is highly advantageous.
• Eligible to practise in Australia and able to work from the Sydney office.
