Join a tier-one disputes team in Sydney as a solicitor specialising in construction and infrastructure matters. The role involves advising on disputes across the full project lifecycle for clients operating in infrastructure, energy and property sectors across Australia and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.

Work will span litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and commercial dispute resolution, with direct client engagement and genuine responsibility for managing and resolving complex technical issues. The team offers exposure to high‑value, cross‑jurisdictional project work and collaborative mentorship from senior disputes specialists.

  • Admission as a lawyer in Australia or New Zealand
  • 2–5 years post‑qualification experience in construction/infrastructure disputes
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a commitment to developing as a construction disputes specialist
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and how they apply to legal practice
