Lawyer, Commercial Insurance (CTP) — Sydney

An opportunity to join a national commercial insurance team advising licensed insurers and scheme agents across Australia. The team handles high-volume CTP and personal injury portfolios, defending complex liability matters and large-loss, medical and fraudulent claims.

You will gain hands-on experience managing claims files, support clients on claims systems, strategic audits, risk analysis and reserves, and work with senior practitioners who provide mentoring and technical development.

This role suits a lawyer who wants to build subject-matter expertise in insurance litigation within a collaborative, growth-oriented practice.

• Experience in insurance law or litigation; plaintiff or in-house backgrounds will be considered
• Previous exposure to personal injury and CTP claims highly regarded
• Proven file-management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
• Strong written and oral advocacy and client-facing skills
