Join a specialist restructuring and insolvency team that advises major banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients across Australia on loan recovery, restructuring, securities enforcement and corporate insolvency matters. The team also handles related commercial litigation in state and federal jurisdictions.

This role offers day-to-day work on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, including acting for banks and for receivers, administrators and liquidators. You will work in a collaborative team environment, contribute precedents and knowledge resources, and participate in business development and client relationship activity.

Minimum 5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency and related litigation
Experience acting for banks, receivers, administrators or liquidators on insolvency, loan recovery or securities enforcement matters
Strong commercial litigation experience (banking litigation, managed-investment or loan recovery matters advantageous)
Excellent client service, written and oral communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Willingness to contribute to precedents, knowledge resources and business development
