Lawyer, Intellectual Property — Brisbane

National Technology, Media & Intellectual Property team is expanding and seeking a Lawyer to join the Brisbane office. The role sits in a busy IP practice advising on technology and trademark matters across a mix of commercial and contentious work.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include advising clients on trademark and technology issues, preparing filings and correspondence, supporting IP litigation and oppositions, and working with cross-functional teams on commercial transactions involving IP assets.

The team offers a collaborative environment, clear career progression and regular exposure to senior lawyers and a diverse client base.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia (or eligible for admission)
• Experience in intellectual property, particularly trademarks and technology-related matters
• Strong drafting and research skills, with attention to detail
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple matters in a team environment
