National law firm seeks a leasing attorney with a minimum of five years' commercial leasing experience to join its Real Estate group. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating office, industrial, retail (and life sciences) leases and related lease documents.

This is a hybrid role open to multiple U.S. offices across the firm’s national platform. The position involves leading lease matters, supervising more junior leasing lawyers, and working directly with clients, brokers, property managers and opposing counsel.

JD and admission to practice in the jurisdiction where hired
Minimum 5 years' experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements (LOIs, work letters, SNDAs, consent/subordination documents)
Experience across property types (office, industrial, retail and life sciences) and substantial landlord-side experience preferred
Strong negotiation, drafting, business judgment, and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple matters and supervise junior attorneys
