Apply in confidence →National law firm seeks a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate to join its Energy & Natural Resources practice. The role supports wind, solar and battery storage projects across development and financing cycles and is open to candidates for any U.S. office or a virtual office option.
The team handles real estate matters integral to project development and transactional financing. The hire will work closely with energy attorneys on site acquisitions, easements, leases, title, due diligence and closing support for renewable projects.
- 5-7 years' relevant post-qualification experience in renewable energy real estate (wind, solar and/or battery storage)
- Experience across both development and financing transactions (leases, easements, title, due diligence and closings)
- Active bar license in the state of the chosen office, or commitment to obtain promptly
- Strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal and project-management skills, and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
