Short-term legal consulting roles supporting Banking & Finance work across the UAE. Assignments are typically 6 months and based with major banks and financial institutions in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Candidates should be able to commit to on-site client work in the UAE.

The work covers corporate & investment banking, trade and project finance, conventional and Islamic financing structures, and regulatory/compliance matters. Assignments involve drafting and negotiating financing documentation, supporting product launches and governance, and advising on UAE and regional regulatory requirements.

4–10 years post-qualification experience in banking & finance
Proven drafting and negotiation experience with bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, trade finance and working capital documentation
Familiarity with Islamic finance structures (e.g. Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk) and project finance
Experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters (UAE law, DIFC rules, UAE Central Bank, AML and sanctions frameworks)
Available for 6-month on-site assignments in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
