Join a leading London-based international law firm’s Innovation team as a Legal Engineer embedded with the Commercial/Technology practice. The role focuses on designing and building AI-enabled workflows and playbooks that lawyers use across complex transactions and matters.

You will work closely with fee-earners, knowledge lawyers and applied-AI specialists to prototype, test and harden reliable solutions, lead AI quality benchmarking and run engagement programmes to drive firm-wide adoption.

  • Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent).
  • Typically 4–7 years post-qualification experience, preferably from a top-tier firm.
  • Practical fluency with generative AI tools, prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflow design.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to translate practice needs into robust technical solutions and hand over to knowledge owners.
