We are seeking a talented attorney to join our nationally recognized Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge strategic commercial transactions within the life sciences sector.

The role involves structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial agreements for life sciences companies, including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other complex commercial contracts. You will work closely with clients on high-stakes partnering and licensing deals, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

This position is available in multiple offices across the United States, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a preeminent practice in the field.

3–6 years of experience representing life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial transaction agreements, including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements, in a law firm or in-house setting.
Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus.
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated excellence in legal writing and analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
