Apply in confidence →Top-tier US law firm is seeking an associate to join a nationally recognized Life Sciences Partnering & Licensing practice. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices, including Boston, Palo Alto, and San Diego.
The position focuses on structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic commercial agreements for life sciences clients, including licenses and collaboration agreements. Candidates with prior law firm or in-house experience advising life sciences companies will be competitive.
Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
- 3-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in life sciences transactional work
- Experience structuring, negotiating and drafting licenses, collaboration agreements and other commercial agreements
- Prior life sciences experience in private practice or in-house
- Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree preferred
