The role is open across multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Palo Alto and San Diego) and focuses on structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic commercial agreements for life sciences clients.
Ideal candidates will have solid transactional experience with licenses, collaborations and other commercial arrangements, gained in private practice or in-house. The team values technical knowledge and cross-disciplinary experience and offers a collaborative platform, formal benefits and parental leave support.
- 3-6 years' post-qualification transactional experience (life sciences focus preferred)
- Proven experience structuring, negotiating and drafting licenses, collaboration agreements and related commercial contracts
- Background in corporate or patent work, or a technical/scientific degree, is a plus
- Strong drafting and commercial judgment; ability to work with cross-functional teams
