The team advises life sciences clients on strategic commercial transactions and supports cross-functional deal work.
The role focuses on structuring, negotiating and drafting licenses, collaboration agreements and related commercial contracts. Candidates with experience at a law firm or in-house in life sciences transactions will be competitive; corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus.

- 3-6 years' post-qualification experience handling life sciences commercial transactions
- Experience structuring, negotiating and drafting licenses, collaboration agreements and other commercial agreements
- Previous experience in private practice or in-house life sciences roles preferred
- Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical/science degree is a plus
