An opportunity exists to join a preeminent, nationally recognized Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice, working from offices in multiple major U.S. markets. The team is sought after for its deep industry focus and strategic transactional work.

You will represent life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements, including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other complex commercial arrangements. The work is central to the biotech and pharmaceutical ecosystem, supporting innovative companies from early-stage through to commercial stage.

3–6 years of experience representing life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial agreements, including licenses and collaboration agreements.
Prior experience in a private law firm or in-house legal department.
Corporate and/or patent experience and a technical degree are advantageous.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
