Apply in confidence →Senior associate role on a nationally recognized life sciences corporate partnering and licensing team. The position is open across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements for biotechnology and life sciences clients, including licenses, collaborations and related commercial documents.
Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of relevant experience gained in private practice or in-house, and will be expected to run transactional workstreams with limited supervision while collaborating closely with transactional and IP teams. Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus.

- 3–6 years post-qualification transactional experience, preferably with life sciences or biotech clients
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating licenses, collaboration agreements and commercial contracts
- Experience in private practice or in-house life sciences roles
- Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical/ scientific degree is a plus
