3-6 years of experience representing life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial transaction agreements
Experience with licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements in a law firm or in-house setting
Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus
