Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices (examples include Boston, Palo Alto and San Diego). Candidates should have hands-on drafting and negotiation experience and will join a high-volume, specialist transactional group focused on life sciences commercial deals.
- 3-6 years' experience in life sciences transactional work (licensing, collaborations, commercial agreements)
- Proven drafting and negotiation experience on strategic commercial transactions
- Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and commercial counterparts
