Apply in confidence →National life sciences corporate team seeks an associate to join its Partnering & Licensing practice across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Palo Alto or San Diego). The role focuses on structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic commercial agreements such as licenses and collaborations for clients in the life sciences sector.
Successful candidates will work on a range of commercial transactions for emerging and established life sciences companies. Opportunity is open to attorneys from private practice or in‑house backgrounds; patent/corporate experience or a technical degree is a plus.
- 3–6 years post‑qualification experience representing life sciences companies on commercial agreements
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating licenses, collaboration agreements and related commercial contracts
- Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical/scientific degree is preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to be based in one of the listed office locations
