Our Technology Transactions and Licensing Group seeks a lawyer with five to seven years of experience to join our Boston office, working with team members across other offices. The role focuses on structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements for life sciences companies, including IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services and development arrangements.

You will collaborate closely with corporate, intellectual property, regulatory and tax colleagues to negotiate complex agreements for clients across a broad range of industries. The group handles numerous joint ventures, strategic alliances, outsourcing and licensing transactions each year, some spanning international borders, and its work is frequently recognized for its significance in shaping the future of science and technology.

Five to seven years of experience structuring, drafting and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other complex agreements, particularly for life sciences companies
