Join a national technology transactions and licensing team focused on life sciences and biotech clients. This role is based in Boston and will work closely with colleagues across offices on complex commercial IP matters.

The group structures, drafts and negotiates a high volume of sophisticated agreements — including licenses, collaborations, strategic alliances, outsourcing and development arrangements — frequently involving cross‑border elements. You will collaborate with corporate, intellectual property, regulatory and tax teams to deliver integrated deal solutions.

5–7 years' post‑J.D. experience in technology transactions or IP licensing (life sciences/biotech focus)
Proven experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex agreements: licensing, collaboration, distribution, services and development agreements
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with corporate, IP, regulatory and tax teams on cross‑functional transactions
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong drafting and negotiation skills
