The position sits in the Boston office and involves structuring, drafting and negotiating complex IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other commercial agreements.

The role works closely with colleagues in corporate, intellectual property, regulatory and tax to deliver integrated solutions for clients across sectors, including cross-border and strategic alliance matters. The team handles a high volume of sophisticated transactions for biotechnology and technology companies.

5–7 years post-qualification experience in technology transactions, licensing or related life sciences commercial work
Proven experience drafting and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and similar agreements
Comfort collaborating with corporate, IP, regulatory and tax teams on complex, often cross‑border matters
Strong contractual drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
