A leading international law firm seeks associates to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in Dallas. The role is centered on transactional work for life sciences companies, spanning partnering, licensing, and commercial arrangements across borders.

The position offers exposure to a broad mix of life sciences and IP-driven transactions, including collaboration and licensing deals, supply and manufacturing arrangements, master services agreements, research and clinical trial agreements, and IP support on M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets matters.

Candidates with an interest in the intersection of science and commercial dealmaking will find a substantive platform with client-facing responsibility and cross-border work.

3+ years of relevant experience gained at a large law firm
Experience with life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, including cross-border matters
Experience drafting and negotiating life sciences commercial agreements such as supply and manufacturing, master services, research, and clinical trial agreements
Experience providing IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets
Undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience preferred but not required
Admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the Texas bar
