A full-service Am Law 100 firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. The role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload, including the defense of lawsuits involving professional liability, directors & officers liability, and employment practices liability.

The position comes with significant responsibility: the successful candidate will independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files, while handling all aspects of discovery and case management.

Admission to the Delaware Bar is required. The firm offers competitive compensation and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k with employer match.

Two (2) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience
Experience managing all aspects of discovery
Outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently
Admission to the Delaware Bar required
