A leading law firm's Wilmington litigation group is seeking mid-level associates with strong litigation experience, particularly before the Delaware Court of Chancery. This team focuses on civil litigation at both trial and appellate levels across federal and state courts nationwide, anchored by a deep emphasis on Delaware's Court of Chancery practice.

Attorneys in this group handle a broad range of commercial, corporate and securities disputes, including the defense of class and derivative actions, the representation of special committees, disputes concerning directors' fiduciary duties, federal and state securities fraud claims, and bankruptcy litigation. The practice also covers corporate valuations, statutory appraisal proceedings, and litigation and regulatory matters arising from insurance acquisition transactions.

Laterals joining the firm participate in an enhanced mentor program designed around the unique needs of experienced attorneys transitioning into a new practice. Experience in litigation, with particular emphasis on Delaware Court of Chancery practice
Background in commercial, corporate and/or securities litigation
