Litigation Associate, Commercial Litigation — Oklahoma City

Growing national law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join its Oklahoma City litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation matters and offers substantial hands-on experience in a fast-paced practice.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with experienced litigators on discovery, motion practice, depositions, and courtroom matters. This is an on-site office role with typical office environment expectations.

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma
• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills; solid academic record
• Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
• Ability to manage assignments and deadlines in a team setting
• Prior experience at a large or boutique law firm preferred; oil & gas exposure is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer will not provide sponsorship for this role
