Litigation Associate (Labor & Employment) – Orange County

We are seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Orange County office. The role will focus on labor and employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and wage-and-hour class and representative actions, as well as business/commercial litigation.

The position offers the opportunity to work on a range of employment advice and counseling matters alongside a collaborative team. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in a team-oriented setting.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience in California state and federal courts.
• Experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and wage-and-hour class/representative actions.
• Experience with employment advice and counseling is preferred.
• Extensive experience preparing and answering written discovery, managing electronic discovery, motion practice, and taking and defending depositions.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior trial and big law experience preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus but not required.
