National, multi-office opportunity for a Litigation Associate with 3–8 years of litigation experience. You will join a busy litigation team handling complex consumer and background-screening matters alongside senior attorneys, with access to training, mentoring and development resources.

The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and supports hybrid working arrangements. The team handles class action and other consumer-focused litigation, offering regular courtroom and motion-work opportunities and client-facing responsibilities.

3–8 years of general litigation experience; class action and consumer litigation (including Fair Credit Reporting Act) experience a plus
Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills; strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Comfort working independently and collaborating with senior lawyers on complex matters
Top law firm experience preferred, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience; federal clerkship is a plus
Licensed to practice in the state where you reside or able to waive in
