A nationally respected litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Nashville office. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes and high-stakes matters across a broad range of industries, with meaningful client exposure and active involvement in case strategy.

The associate will work closely with experienced trial lawyers in a collaborative practice that handles both white collar matters and investigations as well as complex commercial litigation. The position is suited to a motivated attorney eager to be part of an active trial practice and to take initiative in assuming responsibility for client matters.

3–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm
Experience representing clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal court, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings and trial or trial preparation
White collar, investigations, and/or complex commercial litigation experience preferred
Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, with strong academic credentials from a Top 50 law school
Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Admission to the Tennessee Bar required
Highly motivated, with initiative and strong interpersonal skills for a large, collaborative team
