Litigation Associate — Morristown, NJ

Join a well-established national law firm as a litigation associate in the Morristown, NJ office. The role focuses on complex commercial and consumer products litigation, with particular emphasis on product liability, mass torts, and commercial disputes.

You'll work on all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings and trial preparation, often within multidistrict litigation and class action settings. The team environment is collaborative and supportive, with clear expectations for independent case management.

• 3–4 years of litigation experience; candidates with up to 5 years may be considered
• Experience in product liability/mass torts and/or complex commercial litigation; defense-side experience (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with MDLs and class actions a plus
• Strong New Jersey state court experience required; federal court experience preferred
• Experience across litigation phases: discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, trial preparation
• Admission to the NJ bar required; NY bar a plus
• Strong academic record, ability to work independently and collaboratively; federal or appellate clerkship considered
