Litigation Associate — Private Wealth & Fiduciary Litigation

Mid-level litigation associate role on a nationally recognized private wealth and fiduciary litigation team. The group handles complex disputes involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, guardianships, breach of fiduciary duty, financial elder abuse, will and trust contests, and related fiduciary misconduct matters.

Associates are given substantial responsibility early, with opportunities for trial experience, direct client contact, and development of niche expertise in matters that affect families and fiduciaries. The role is based in Northern California with flexibility across the firm's regional offices; preference indicated for the Silicon Valley office.

• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Experience or exposure to trusts & estates/ probate litigation preferred
• Admitted to the California bar
• Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Resume, law school transcript, and writing sample required
