A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its nationally recognized Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation team. The role is based in the Silicon Valley office, with San Francisco also considered (Silicon Valley preferred).

The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes involving trusts, decedents' estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships, including breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct and fraud, misfeasance in estate administration, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, and will and trust contests. Members have secured major victories in jurisdictions across the U.S. and internationally and have helped shape legislation affecting beneficiaries' rights and fiduciary rules.

Associates take on significant responsibility early, with meaningful trial experience, sophisticated legal issues, frequent direct client contact, and the chance to build client relationships within a specialized, niche practice.

2–4 years of litigation experience
Trusts and estates litigation experience or related exposure preferred but not required
Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Admission to the California bar
