Litigation Associate — Product Liability, Philadelphia

Growing litigation team in Philadelphia seeks a litigation associate with a focus on product liability and torts. The role offers client-facing responsibility defending pharmaceutical, medical device, and other consumer-facing product matters within a busy trial practice.

The office handles matters in Pennsylvania state courts and expects active participation across all phases of litigation, from discovery and depositions to motion practice and trial preparation. The team environment is collaborative with formal mentorship and clear paths for professional development.

• Approximately 2 years of complex litigation experience, with product liability/torts exposure.
• Substantive Pennsylvania state court experience.
• Experience across all litigation phases: discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical skills, and academic credentials.
• Ability to manage client matters independently, work effectively in a large team, and demonstrate initiative.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar or eligibility for waiver required.
