Litigation Senior Associate — Technology & Privacy Disputes (Northern California)

A litigation and regulatory enforcement team in Northern California is seeking a senior associate to join immediately and take on substantial responsibility within active case teams. The practice focuses on high-profile, cutting-edge disputes for leading global technology companies across areas such as AI, social media, search, advertising, gaming, streaming, and virtual meeting platforms.

The role involves handling complex commercial litigation, ideally with exposure to consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or disputes involving technology companies. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues on sophisticated matters and contribute directly to strategy, research, and written advocacy.

Candidates should bring strong research and writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to client service. Prior experience at a leading firm or a judicial clerkship is preferred. Applicants must be admitted, or eligible for prompt admission, to the California Bar and be willing to be based in the Northern California area.

• 5–7 years of complex litigation experience
• Experience with consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or technology-related disputes preferred
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Top law firm experience or judicial clerkship preferred
• Admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the California Bar
• Willingness to be based in Northern California
