Litigation Career Associate — E-Discovery

National litigation practice is hiring a Career Associate to join its U.S. litigation team with a focus on e-discovery and complex civil litigation. The role is open to candidates in any U.S. office and fully remote arrangements will be considered.

The Career Associate track offers experienced litigators an alternative to the partner path while providing substantive, client-facing work, professional development, and mentorship. The team handles large-scale discovery and trial preparation projects across commercial litigation matters.

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience (experience with complex discovery and e-discovery preferred)
• Proven drafting skills (pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery)
• Strong legal research, case/project management, and organizational abilities
• Experience with deposition and trial preparation; ability to prioritize multiple matters
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication; writing sample and strong academics required
