A leading international law firm seeks a Career Associate with 7+ years of civil litigation experience to join its Litigation Business Unit. The role is open across any US office location, and fully remote arrangements will also be considered.

This Career Associate program offers top legal talent an alternative to the partner track while still providing opportunities to do cutting-edge, deeply substantive legal work. It is designed for lawyers who share a passion for practicing law and delivering excellent client service but seek a lower annual time commitment. Lawyers join at many stages, from recent graduates to more senior lawyers transitioning from other settings.

The successful candidate will be integrated into client teams and supported by strong training, mentoring, retreats, and shadowing opportunities.

7+ years of civil litigation experience
Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation
Strong research skills and experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
Handling discovery tasks, including e-discovery
Case and project management, plus deposition and trial preparation support
Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
Strong academic credentials and a writing sample are required
