We are seeking experienced disputes and litigation lawyers for flexible, consultancy-based engagements with clients in Sydney. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes while retaining control over how, when, and where you work.

Engagements may involve managing multi-party and cross-jurisdictional disputes, advising on litigation strategy and settlement options, and handling complex investigations and inquiries led by regulatory bodies. Consultants work closely with senior stakeholders, external counsel, and experts to deliver commercially focused advice that balances legal merit, cost, and risk.

Minimum of 5 years' disputes and litigation experience
Current Australian practising certificate
Right to live and work in Australia
Strong commercial litigation and dispute resolution background across complex, high-value matters

Strong drafting, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Commercially astute with sound professional judgement
