Senior partner hire to lead and expand a multidisciplinary litigation practice in Tulsa, with significant matters in employment & labor, healthcare-related disputes, professional liability, and construction litigation. The role combines courtroom work, strategic counseling, and supervising complex, high-stakes matters.

The successful candidate will manage and develop a team of litigators, drive client development and retention efforts, and work closely with regional colleagues on cross-practice matters. This is an opportunity to shape a growing regional litigation platform while maintaining an active trial and appellate docket.

Lateral Partner level with substantial experience litigating employment, healthcare, professional liability, and construction matters.
Proven trial and motion practice record, including managing complex commercial and employment disputes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates and counsel.
Strong business development skills and a track record of cultivating and expanding client relationships.
Member in good standing of the relevant state bar and eligible to practice in Oklahoma (or willing to obtain admission).
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
