Litigation Of Counsel - M&A

We are seeking an Of Counsel to join our Litigation group, focusing on business and commercial disputes. This role is open to multiple offices across the United States, with a hybrid work arrangement (regular in-office presence with some flexibility for remote work).

You will handle complex M&A-related litigation, including post-closing indemnity and representations and warranty insurance disputes, working closely with clients and collaborating with colleagues and experts to develop case strategy and drive successful outcomes.

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations
• Superior research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
