Litigation Partner — Des Moines

A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Partner to join its Des Moines office. The role will focus on leading complex commercial litigation matters, managing client relationships, and developing local and regional business.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation team and will be expected to originate work, supervise associates, and collaborate across practice groups to support client needs.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and managing significant commercial litigation matters
• Experience supervising associates and leading trial or arbitration teams
