Senior litigation partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join its Des Moines office. The role will involve leading complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts and supervising junior lawyers on trial and motion work.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of generating and managing client relationships, handling high-stakes litigation matters, and contributing to business development initiatives within the region.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in commercial litigation and courtroom advocacy
• Proven business development and client-management record
• Active bar admission in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
