Established litigation team in Fort Myers is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow regional trial and commercial litigation matters. The role offers responsibility for originating work, managing case strategy, and developing client relationships across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will join a broad national litigation platform with cross-practice resources and will work on a mix of complex commercial, business tort, and dispute-resolution matters. This is a partner-level opportunity with an expectation of leadership and business development in the region.

• Proven track record of trying cases and managing complex litigation matters
• Established regional client relationships and demonstrated business development skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and active trial experience
