Partner — Corporate (Fort Myers)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in Fort Myers. The role will lead transactional work, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and related commercial matters for middle-market and strategic clients.

The partner will manage deal execution, supervise associates, and develop new business across the region. This is a rainmaker role with responsibility for growing a bench of repeat business and expanding the practice locally.

• Significant partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) or ability to become licensed
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
