Litigation Partner — Minneapolis

Seeking a first-chair litigation partner to join a busy, full-service U.S. office. The role focuses on leading commercial litigation matters, managing trial teams and developing client relationships across diverse industries.

The successful candidate will take ownership of case strategy, supervise associates and collaborate with national practice colleagues. This is an opportunity to grow an existing litigation practice within an established, international platform while maintaining significant autonomy over client matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven first-chair trial and/or arbitration experience in commercial litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and generating revenue
• Admissions to practice in Minnesota (or eligibility) and strong case management skills
