Litigation Partner — Montréal

Established national law firm is seeking a senior litigation partner to join its Montréal litigation team. The role involves leading commercial litigation matters, supervising associates, and developing strategic litigation approaches for a diverse corporate client base.

The successful candidate will work on high-value commercial disputes across domestic and cross-border matters, collaborate with other offices as needed, and help grow the practice in Québec.

• Proven track record in commercial litigation with significant trial and appellate experience
• Fluent in English and French (preferred for Québec practice)
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and manage complex matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
