An established law firm is seeking a litigation practice attorney to join its litigation group in a non-partnership-track capacity. This is a multi-office platform that is open to considering qualified candidates for other U.S. offices, with Los Angeles preferred for this particular search.

The role focuses on class actions and complex commercial litigation, with significant responsibility across all phases of litigation, particularly in federal courts—from pleadings and motions through discovery, expert development, and trial. Candidates should bring strong case management, research, analytical, and writing skills, and will work in a collaborative environment with excellent academic standards.

3–5 years of litigation experience
Experience with class actions and complex commercial litigation
Federal court litigation experience across all phases, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial
Strong case management, research, analytical, writing, and verbal skills
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location
German fluency preferred
