Litigation & Securities Partner — Pittsburgh

Senior litigation partner role for an established practice in Pittsburgh. The role will focus on commercial litigation and securities-related disputes, including white-collar and regulatory matters. Candidates will lead matters, supervise teams, and develop client relationships.

This is a partner-track lateral opening seeking an experienced rainmaker who can expand an existing book and contribute to firm-wide litigation capabilities. The team serves private clients and handles a range of contentious matters.

• Proven partner-level litigation background with securities and white-collar experience
• Demonstrated business development and client-management skills
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible) and able to work from the Pittsburgh office
