Join a growing motor injury team in Manchester as a Litigation Supervisor handling a mixed caseload of defended personal injury and motor claims. The role offers responsibility for your own litigated fast-track and small-claims matters, together with opportunities to supervise and mentor junior team members.

The team acts for insurers, self-insured organisations and commercial clients on credit-hire, liability and complex motor matters. This is a hybrid, full-time role within a well-resourced disputes practice that prioritises professional development and collaborative casework.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in defended personal injury/motor claims
Proven experience managing your own litigated fast-track and small claims caseload (road traffic matters preferred)
Familiarity with CPR, court procedures and MOJ/OIC processes
Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior fee-earners
Strong client-care and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities
Good IT literacy and experience with case management systems
