Admission to the Florida Bar
6–8+ years of corporate transactional experience with a strong focus on M&A at a leading law firm
Demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently and lead deal teams
Experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions and prior private equity representation preferred
Strong client management, communication, and mentoring skills
