M&A Associate — Corporate, New York

Seeking a third- to sixth-year M&A associate to join a major international corporate team in New York. The role focuses on public and private acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and private equity-related transactions, including work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities include leading transactions, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, and managing deal processes from start to finish. Candidates will work on complex cross-border matters alongside senior deal teams in a resource-rich practice.

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience in a major law firm corporate/M&A practice
• Proven experience leading transactions and drafting/negotiating definitive agreements
• Comfort managing deal processes and working on cross-border transactions
