M&A Associate, Technology Companies — Boston

Mid‑level associate position in a technology‑focused mergers & acquisitions team supporting transactions for early‑ and late‑stage tech companies and venture capital investor clients. The role requires both collaborative team work and ownership of discrete transaction components.

Ideal candidates are proactive, commercially minded, and able to manage internal and external counsel and client relationships effectively. The team works across practice areas and geographies in a collegiate, entrepreneurial environment.

California bar admission (or prompt eligibility) is required.

• Significant M&A experience representing technology companies and venture capital investor clients, across early‑ and late‑stage transactions
• Proven ability to work on teams and manage components of deals independently
• Strong business judgment and client‑management skills
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law‑firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
