Apply in confidence →Seeking a resource attorney to support a major corporate practice in New York. This non-billable role focuses on enabling deal teams by managing precedents, maintaining a transaction database, producing legal updates, and supporting training and marketing initiatives for the M&A group.
The attorney will work closely with knowledge management, legal education and marketing teams to curate forms and precedents, draft and revise templates, summarize regulatory developments, and respond to internal precedent requests. This position will also contribute to practice innovation and process-improvement projects.
- Licensed U.S. attorney with a minimum of 4 years' experience in M&A / corporate transactional practice
- Familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and precedent-management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and stakeholders
- Collaborative team player comfortable working on resource, knowledge-management and training initiatives
