Senior contentious construction lawyer opportunity in a busy London disputes team. You will lead on high‑value, complex construction and engineering matters across both formal dispute resolution and project advisory stages, acting for developers, contractors, funders and public sector bodies.

The team handles a broad range of work from adjudications and TCC/high court litigation to domestic and international arbitration on major infrastructure and development projects. The role combines case leadership with client relationship management, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development and pitch work.

Minimum 5+ years PQE in contentious construction and engineering disputes.
Proven experience with adjudication, TCC/high court litigation and arbitration; drafting pleadings, witness and expert evidence.
Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills; experience leading matters and driving business development or pitches.
Ability to supervise and mentor junior fee‑earners, manage case teams and maintain excellent document and diary management.
Commercial mindset with experience advising on construction contracts, consultant appointments and settlement/ADR strategy.
