Senior disputes role in a major London practice offering autonomy to lead high-value, cross-border litigation and arbitration matters. The position is geared to candidates who want to shape a disputes practice and work across commercial litigation and international arbitration.

You will join an integrated global litigation platform, collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions and sectors to deliver strategic, commercially focused advice throughout the dispute lifecycle. The role includes leading workstreams on multi-jurisdictional matters, advising at all stages of proceedings and building client relationships and thought leadership.

Qualified in England & Wales with 8+ years PQE
Proven experience on complex, high-value commercial disputes (including Commercial Court experience) and cross-border matters
Experience with international commercial arbitration (eg under ICC, LCIA) and/or investor–state arbitration (eg ICSID/UNCITRAL) desirable
Strong drafting and advocacy skills (advice, witness statements, pleadings, skeletons) and commercial judgement
Track record of client engagement and business development; team player comfortable collaborating across international teams
