Top-tier national firm seeks a healthcare regulatory associate to join its Houston office as part of an experienced healthcare team. The role involves counseling and litigation support on healthcare regulatory matters for provider clients, handling administrative litigation, payor disputes, and government investigations.

The position requires in-office presence at least three days per week; candidates must reside in the Houston area and be licensed or prepared to obtain a Texas law license.

3–5 years of post-qualification experience; prior law firm experience preferred
Substantive healthcare regulatory experience (provider regulation, administrative litigation, payor disputes, investigations)
Excellent drafting, written and oral communication skills; strong attention to detail
Demonstrated client-facing ability and collaborative work style
Resident of Houston area and licensed (or able to become licensed) in Texas; able to work in office three days per week
