Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

Seeking a mid-level M&A associate to join a national corporate practice. The role involves leading and supporting M&A transactions across a range of industries, working on both definitive and ancillary documents, and coordinating internal deal teams and external advisors.

• 3–7 years' post-qualification experience in M&A or corporate transactions
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents
• Experience managing deal process, coordinating advisors, and supervising junior associates
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
