Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney, New York

Seeking a mid-level M&A attorney (3-7 years' experience) to join a national corporate practice in the New York office. The role involves leading and supporting domestic and cross-border deals, drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements, and managing day-to-day deal processes for sophisticated clients.
