A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced M&A attorney to join as a Resource Attorney supporting its Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on enabling practitioners to work more efficiently and stay at the leading edge of the law.

The position centers on knowledge management and practice innovation: maintaining a transaction database of deal terms, drafting and curating template documents and precedents, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, and helping design associate training content.

You will also collaborate with the firm's marketing team on M&A promotion and content for pitches and teach-ins, field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents and resources, and contribute to evolving knowledge-management and practice-innovation initiatives. You will work alongside a senior Resource Attorney supporting the same group.

Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
Working knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties, and market trends
Strong drafting and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and coordinate across stakeholders
Collaborative, flexible team player comfortable supporting evolving initiatives
