A leading international law firm is seeking qualified mid-level associates to join its Digital Infrastructure practice in Miami, supporting complex digital infrastructure matters across the globe.

The role offers broad exposure to data-center development and colocation arrangements, hyperscaler leasing, terrestrial and subsea fiber network development and commercialization, operational agreements for infrastructure assets, and associated financing and purchase-and-sale transactions.

Associates will take on substantial responsibility and leadership in a fast-paced, cutting-edge practice serving some of the most active players in the sector.

2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, telecom infrastructure development, or related matters
Experience in data center leasing and development or other infrastructure development projects preferred
Ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents
Strong analytical and communication skills
Genuine interest in developing a practice in digital infrastructure
Candidates from firms of all sizes and in-house legal departments welcome
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and Bar membership in the United States
