An Am Law 100 full-service firm is seeking an attorney to join its Construction Practice in the Miami office.

The construction litigators represent government entities, public and private developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in matters involving alleged design and construction defects and construction fee disputes. The team has tried cases across virtually every area of construction for both residential and commercial projects, and regularly defends construction accident claims arising from scaffold systems, shoring, demolition and heavy machinery.

The firm is open to strong litigators with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in construction law, and offers a collaborative, growing environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

At least 3–7 years of experience in all phases of construction litigation, including case management, motion practice and discovery
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials
Experience managing construction (CD) claims and A/E claims is required
Admission to the Florida Bar is required
Strong research and writing skills
