Mid-Level Associate, Financial Institutions Group — New York

Leading Financial Institutions Group in the New York office is seeking a mid-level associate to work on M&A and other transactional matters for financial-services clients. The role will involve deal execution on bank, insurance and other regulated‑entity transactions.

The team is particularly interested in candidates with transactional M&A experience and some exposure to insurance M&A. The office offers a structured mentor program for laterals, a hybrid work model, and participation in a robust pro bono programme.

• Mid-level associate (class of 2023–2021)
• Transactional M&A experience; experience on financial institutions matters preferred
• Insurance M&A experience a plus
