Mid-Level Associate — Global Funds Practice

Top-tier international law firm is seeking mid-level associates to join its Global Funds practice. Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices; candidates will be considered for New York, Washington, D.C., or San Francisco.

Ideal candidates will have solid private funds experience and will work on fund formation and investment management matters for institutional and alternative-asset clients. The team handles a full range of fund-related transactional and regulatory issues.

• 3–5 years' private funds / fund-formation experience
• Admission to the New York, D.C. or California bar (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with hedge funds and investment management matters
